New Property Endorsement for Cosmetics Manufacturers

Brownyard Group’s Foundation program, which serves the unique needs of cosmetic manufacturers, distributors and importers, has added a new property endorsement that broadens the program’s property coverage and eliminates co-insurance.

Long known for its custom-tailored liability insurance – comprehensive general liability, products liability, employee benefits liability, demonstrators liability and additional insured coverage – Brownyard has made Foundation’s property coverage even more attractive with the new endorsement.

“The new property endorsement enhances Foundation’s property coverage by offering an agreed amount in lieu of co-insurance and featuring 24 enhancements at a very low premium,” said Frank Monaco, program manager.

Among the 24 enhancements are debris removal, pollutant clean-up, worldwide and off-premises property, coverage for salesperson samples and exhibitions, depositors forgery and employee dishonesty, transit business income and extra expense, and contingent business income and expense.

The endorsement, which is approved in many states and will approved in all states in the coming months, is written through an A.M. Best “A” rated carrier.
